The barcode scanner enables customers to check online availability and read product reviews when in store, while the stock locator encourages users to check the availability of product - selected online - in local stores.
Connected to the highly successful House of Fraser Recognition reward programme, customers can carry out many account functions using the mobile app. A really useful function, the app's integration with the reward programme has proved extremely popular among customers so far.
Showcasing the high quality premium branded product range and extending House of Fraser's reach, the app encourages customers to share product among their own contacts - whether via social networks, email, or using the mobile device's address book - in the form of Wish Lists, while raising awareness of the retailer through Facebook check-in functionality.
